The speed time graph of a body of mass 3...

The speed time graph of a body of mass `300g` is shown in (fugure). Calculate the force actiong on the body.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Here, `m=300g= 0.3 kg`
From the graph, acceleration of body
`a=(dv)/(dt)= ((50-0))/((3-0))= 5/3m//s^(2)`
`F= ma= 0.3xx5/3= 0.5N`.
