force exrted by the lift, `F = 4000 kg wt = 4000xx10N (1kg wt =10N)`
velocity of the lift `upsilon = (s)/(t) = (60m)/(10s) = 6m//s`
Power of the lift, `P = F upsilon =(4xx10^4N)(6m//s) = 24xx10^4W =240kW`
