A body slides down a smooth inclind placne when released form the tip, whille another body fall freely the same point . Which on will strike the ground earlier ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

A bod falling freely will reach the ground earlier because its accelerationis g (i.e. acceleration due to gravity) which is greater than the acclceration of ther body `=g sin theta , there theta` is the inclination of the plane with the horizontal.
