A paricle is projected at an anged `theta` from the horizontal with kinetic energy (T). What is the kinetic energy of the particle at the highest point ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

At highest point, velocity of projectile K.E. of projectile at highest point
`= 1/2 m (cos theta )^2 = (1/2 m u^2) cos^2 theta`
` = T cos^2 theta`.
