The mass of one litre sample of ozonised...

The mass of one litre sample of ozonised oxygen at `NTP` was found to be `1.5 g`. When `100 mL` of this mixture at `NTP` were treated with terpentine oil, the volume was reduced to `90 mL`. Hence calculate the molecular mass of ozone.
(Terpentine oil absorbs ozone)

Volume absorbed by terpentine oil`=` Volume of ozone `= 10mL`
` ( :'` terpentine oil absorbs only `O_(3))`
`:.` Volume of `O_(2)=100-10= 90`
`m_("ozonised oxygen")=(wRT)/(PV)=(1.5xx0.0821xx273)/(1xx1)`
`= 33.62`
Volume or mole ratio of `O_(2)` and `O_(3)` is `900:100`
`:. m_("ozonised oxygen")=(900xx32+100xxa)/(1000)impliesa= 48.2`
`:. mo_(3)= 48.2`
