`u_(rms)` of He `= sqrt((3RT)/(M)) = sqrt((3RT)/(4))`
and `u_(rms)` of `SO_(2) =sqrt((3RT)/(M) ) = sqrt((3RT)/(64))`
`:. (u_9rms ofHe)/(u_(rms)` of `SO_(2)=4` .
