Explanation

i. 'Jivo Jivasya Jivanam' means one living being is food for another.
ii. Considering an ecosystem, the primary consumers feed on the producers and the secondary consumers feed on the primary consumers and so on and so forth.
iii. If a single component of this food chain is disturbed the entire food chain is affected.
Therefore, it can be said that one living being is food for another i.e., 'Jivo Jivasya Jivanam'.
