`A(2,-3)` and `P(-2,0)`. Let `B(x,y)`
The centre of the circle is the midpoint of the diameter.
`:.` by midpoint formula,
`-2=(2+x)/2, 0=(-3+y)/2`
`:.-4=2+x, :.0xx2=-3+y`
`:.x=-4-2,:.-3+y=0`
`:.x=-6,:.y=3`
The coordinates of point B are `(-6,3)`.
