Find the slope of the diagonals of a qua...

Find the slope of the diagonals of a quadrilateral with vertices `A(1,7),B(6,3),C(0,-3)` and `D(-3,3)`.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

`A(1,7),B(6,3),C(0,3)` and `D(-3,3)`
Slope of diagonal `AC=(-3-7)/(0-1)`
`=(-10)/(-1)`
`=10`
Slope of diagonal `BD=(3-3)/(-3-6)`
`=0/(-9)`
`=0`
Slope of diagonals AC is 10 and slope of diagonal BD is 0.
