If a capillary tube is put in water in a weightlessness state, how will the rise of water in a capillary tube will be observed as compared to one under normal condition?

If the water wets the capillary tube, then in normal condition , the water rises into the capillary tube upto a height, for which the upward force of surface tension on water meniscus becomes equal to the weight of water column raised in the tube.
In the weightlessness state, the effective weight of water column becomes zero. Due to it, the water column becomes zero. Due to it, the water will rise in the capillary tube upto its other end, whatever may be the lenght of capillary tube. The water will not overflow from the upper end of capillary tube but adjusts its radius of corvature (R ) so that
`hR = (2S)/(rho g) ` = a finite constant
[` :.` S, rho and g are constant].
