Here, `A=20cm, T=4s, y=10cm,`
`omega=(2pi)/(T)=(2pi)/(4)=(pi)/(2)rads ^(-2)`
Displacement of a particle in SHM in time t, when particle starts from mean positoin is
`y=Asinomegat=Asin((2pi)/(T))t`
`10=20sin((2pi)/(4))t or sin((pit)/(2))=(10)/(20)=(1)/(2)=sin(pi)/(6)`
or `(pit)/(2)=(pi)/(6) or t=(1)/(3)s`
Time taken y particle to move between two extremen position `10.0cm` on either side of the mean position is given by
`=2t=2xx1//3=0.67s`
