The wave pattern on a stretched string is shown in figure. Interpret what kind of wave this is and find its wavelength.

The wave pattern shown in figure, represents a stationary wave. At `t=0, t=T//2` and `t=T` , points at x in cm, `0,10,20,30,40` are permanantly at rest. They represent the position of nodes. Distance between two successive nodes `=(lambda)/(2)=10cm.`
