At point A, the current I divides equally. So current in arm AB and BC is `I//2` and current in arm `AD` and `DC` is also `I//2`. The magnetic fields at O due to the current in wires AB and DC are equal and opposite. Also the magnetic fields at O due to currents in wires AD and BC are equal and opposite. Hence, the resultant magnetic field at O will be zero.
