A copper conductor of length `10cm` and radius `1*5mm` is connected in parallel to an ammeter having a resistance of `0*03Omega`. Find the current in the circuit if the ammeter indicates `0*4A`. The resistivity of copper is `1*78xx10^-8Omegam`.

Here, `l=10cm=0*10m`, `r=1*5xx10^-3m`,
`R=0*03Omega`
Ammeter reading `=0*4A`, `rho=1*78xx10^-8Omegam`
Shunt resitance, `S=(rhol)/(pir^2)=((1*78xx10^-8)xx0*10)/((22//7)xx(1*5xx10^-3)^2)`
`=0*00024Omega`
Potential difference across ammeter `=0*03xx0*4`
`=0*012V`
Current through shunt `=(0*012)/(0*00024)=50A`
Total current of circuit `=50+0*4=50*4A`
