The magnetic force depends on `vecv` which depends on the inertial frame of reference. Does then the magnetic force differ from inertial frame to frame? Is it reasonable that the net acceleration has a different value in different frames of reference?

Magnetic force a charged particle, `vecF=q(vecvxxvecB)` or `F=qvBsintheta`.
Thus the magnetic force is a velocity dependent. It differs from one inertial frame to another. The net acceleration arising due to magnetic force is independent from frame to frame for inertial frames of reference.
