Inpedance of the circuit,
`Z = sqrt(R^(2) + (X_(L) - X_(C ))^(2))`
`= sqrt(45^(2) + (4 - 4)^(2)) = 45 Omega`
Reading of ammeter, `I_(v) = (E_(v))/(Z) = (90)/(45) =2 A`
Reading of Voltmete, `V = (X_(L) - X_(C )) I_(v)`
`= (4 - 4) 2 = 0`
