`E = E_(0) sin omega t`
`E_(0) = 140 V, E_(v) = (E_(0))/(sqrt2) = (140)/(1.4) = 100 V`
`omega = 300 , 2 pi v = 300, v = (3000)/(2 pi) = (300)/(2 xx 3) = 50 Hz`
