logically inconsistent. To make this law logically
consistant, Maxwell introduce the concept of
displacement current, which is known as
Ampere Maxwell's law as
`oint vecB.vec(dl)=mu_0(I+I_D)`
where I is the conduction current and `I_D` is the
displacement current. Here, `I_D=in_0dphi_E//dt`.
