The correct Answer is:

To observe a particle, the wavelength of light used
must be smaller than the radius of the particle.
If `lambda` is radius of the particle then
`lambda=3xx10^-4xx10^-2m=3xx10^-6m`
Frequency of em wave,
`v=c/lambda=(3xx10^8)/(3xx10^-6)=10^(14)`
Thus to observe the particle, the frequency of wave
should be more than `10^(14)Hz`i.e. `10^(15)Hz`. or
smaller value of wavelength.
