According to de-Broglie a stationary orbit is that which contains an integral number of de-broglie waves associated with the revolving electrons. Therefore, in first orbit `lambda_(1)=1xxlambda` and in second orbit `lambda_(2)=2xxlambda`.
Hence, `(lambda_(1))/(lambda_(2))=lambda/(2lambda)=1/2`
