`A_m = 50V, v_c = 0.5 MHz = 5 xx 10^5 Hz`
`A_c = 100 V`
(i) Modulation index, `mu_a = A_m/A_c = 50/100 = 0.5`
(ii) The side bands are
`USB = v_c + v_m = 5 xx 10^5 + 10^4 = 10^5 (5+0.1)`
`= 5.1 xx 10^5 Hz`
`LSB = v_c - v_m = 5 xx 10^5 - 10^4 = 10^5 (5-0.1)`
`= 4.99 xx 10^5 Hz` .
