`v = 50MHz = 50 xx 10^6 Hz`
`varepsilon_r = 1 - (81.45N)/v^2 = 1- (81.45 xx 10^(11))/(50 xx 10^6)^2`
`= 1- 0.003258 = 0.996742 ~~ 0.997`
For F - region `N = 8 xx 10^(11) m^(-3)`
`:. varepsilon_r = 1- (81.45xx 8 xx10^(11))/(50 xx 10^6)^2 = 1-0.026 = 0.974`.
