Why is a slight shaking of pictures of a television screen noticed when a low lying air craft passes over head?

When an aircraft flies at small height from the
surface of earth and passes over the antenna. It
intercepts the T.V. waves reaching the antenna
of our T.V. This causes a slight shaking of picture
in our T.V. set.
