If the value of an angle in degree is D ...

If the value of an angle in degree is D and in radian is R, then determine the value of `(R)/(D)`.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

We know that 1 radian =`((pi)/(180))^(@)`
`therefore " " R radian =(Rpi)/(180^(@)) therefore D=(Rpi)/(180)`
Again, `(R)/(D)=(R)/((Rpi)/180)=(180)/(pi)`
Hence the required value of `(R)/(D)=(180)/(pi)`
