Describe the process of development and birth in humans.

Explanation

(i) The zygote formed after fertilizers in the oviduct , undergoes repeated mitotic divisions nd embryo is formed.
(ii) Meanwhile , it is pushed towards the uterus.
(iii) Once it reaches the uterus , it is implanted nd further development occurs after implantation.
(iv) An organ called as placenta is formed for supply of food material during the growth of the embryo in the uterus .
(v) Embryonic development is completed approximately within nien months after fertilization following which birth takes places.
