(ii) Heat the milk and allow it to cool.
(iii) To the warm milk spoonful of curd is added and stirred.
(iv) It is allowed to stand for sometime i.e. 5 - 6 hrs to get fresh curd.
(v) The fresh curd is moved to the refrigerator.
