Show that the area of the triangle formed
by the two tangents through `P(x_(1), y_(1))` to
the circle `S -= x^(2) + y^(2) +2gx + 2fy +c =0`
and the chord of contact of P with respect
to `S= 0`is `(r(S_(11))^(3//2))/(S_(11)+r^(2))` where `r` is the radius
of the circle.
