The correct Answer is:
B

(b) Let the electron be moving with momentum , `p`, its wavelength will be equal to `h//p`.
`Delta x = (h)/(p)`
From Heisenberg's uncertainty principle,
`Delta x xx Delta p = (h)/(4)`
`Delta p = (h xx p)/(4 pi)`
`(Delta p)/(p) = (1)/(4 pi)`
Minimum percent error in measuring its velocity would be
`100 xx (Delta v)/(v) = (Delta p)/(p) xx 200 = (100)/(4 pi) = (100)/(4 xx 3.14)`
=`7.96 ~= 8`.
