`u=-0.6m,R=0.25m`
`mu_(1)=1(air),mu_(2)=1.5`
Therefore ,using
`-(mu_(1))/(u)+(mu_(2))/(v)=(mu_(2)-mu_(1))/(R )`,we get
`(1.5)/(v)=(1)/((-0.6))+(1.5-1)/(0.25)`
`=-(1)/(0.6)+(0.5)/(0.25)=-(5)/(3)+2`
`=(1)/(3)rArr v=4.5m`
