If r is the distance of the center of the square from each corner, then electric potential at the center of square. ABCD

`V = V_(A) + V_(B) + V_(C) + V_(D)`
`(Q)/(4pi in_(0) r) - (Q)/(4pi in_(0) r) + (Q)/(4pi in_(0) r) + (Q)/(4pi in_(0) r)`
= 0
Hence electric potential at the center of both the squares is same.
