As is clear from Fig. left plate of capacitor A is `+` and right plate of capacirtor A is negative. Again left plate of B is negative and right plate of B is possitive.
The two capacitors are, therefore in parallel.
Their combined capacity is
`C_(P) = C_(1) + C_(2) = 5.0 + 6.0 = 11 mu F`

`q = C_(p) V = 11xx10 = 110 muC`
