When deilectric is introduced, the pot, diff. between the plates of capacitor decresases by a factor K, the dielectric constant. Therefore,
`K = (C_(m))/(C_(0)) = (Q//V')/(Q//V) = (V)/(V') = (200)/(50) = 4`
