A charge Q is enclosed by a spherical Gaussian surface of radius R. If the radius of the sphere is double, how will the outward electric flux charge ? If a charge `-Q` is brought outside the Gaussian surface, will the electric flux reduce to zero ?

According to Gauss's therorem, outward electric flux `phi = (Q)/(IN_(0))`
If radius of Gaussian is doubled electric flux would remain the same.
As charge present outside the Gaussaian surface donot afect the electric flux, therefore when `-Q` is brought outside the Gaussain surface, electric flux would not reduce to zero.
Rather, it will remain unaffected.
