`(k(-q)Q)/(x) + (kQ (-q))/(x) + (k (-q) (-q))/(2x) = 0`
`- (2kqQ)/(x) + (kq^(2))/(2x) = 0 or (kq^(2))/(2x) = (2 kqQ)/(x)`
