What are the advantages of the null-point method in a Wheatstone bridge? What additional measurements would be required to calculate `R_("unknown")` by any other method?

In a Wheatstone bridge, the null point method involves a balanced Wheatstone bridges, in which the resistance of galvanometer does not affect the balance point and there is no need to determine the currents in resistances and galvanometer.
The unknown resistance can also be determined by using unbalanced Wheatstone bridge. But in this method we require the additional accurate measurement of all the currents in resistors and galvanometer as well as the internal resistance of galvanometer.
