What is difference between chemical reaction and nuclear reaction ?

i.The valence electron of an atom takes part in a chemical reaction and no new element is formed in the process. In a nuclear reaction,the nucleus of the atom changes and results in the formation of an atom of another element.
ii. The energy involved in a chemical reaction is less and of the order of eV. Whereas , in a nuclear reaction , the energy involved is vergy high and of the order of MeV.
