`Area = AE**CD = CF**AD`
`=>AE**CD = CF**AD->(1)`
We are given,
`AB = 10cm, AE = 8cm, CF = 12cm`
Here, `CD = AB = 10cm`
So, putting these values in (1),
`8**10 = 12**AD`
