As the body just complete the circular path , hence critical speed at the highest points .
`v_H=sqrt(gR)`
which is totally horizontal .
Time taken by the body to reach the ground,
`t=sqrt((2h)/(g))=sqrt((2xx2R)/(g)`
Hence , horizontal distance covered by the body
`=V_Hxxt=sqrt(gR)xxsqrt((4R)/(g))=2R`
