Here, `V_(p)=2300V,N_(p)=4000,C_(s)=230V`
Now, `(V_(s))/(V_(p))=(N_(s))/(N_(p))`
`therefore (230)/(2300)=(N_(s))/(4000)`
`N_(s)=(230xx4000)/(2300)=400`
