We find that in RL circuit, voltage leads the current by a phase angle `phi`, where
`tanphi=(AK)/(OA)=(OL)/(OA)=(V_(L))/(V_(R))=(I_(0)X_(L))/(I_(0)R)`
`tan phi=(X_(L))/(R)`
