The correct Answer is:
A

We know that the angular momentum of the electron of hydrogen atom
`L_(n)=(nh)/(2pi)` . . . (i)
But according to question the angular momentum in
second orbit is L.
So, `L=(2h)/(2pi)=(h)/(pi)` . .. (ii)
Hence, the angular momentum in fourth orbit is `L_(4)'=(4h)/(2pi)`
`=(2h)/(pi)=2L`
