`1.00` molal aqueous solution means `1 mol` of the solute is present in enery `1 kg (1000 g)` of solvent Considering `1 kg` of solvent, we have
`n_(solute)=1`
`n_(solvent)=(m_(H_(2)O))/(mm_(H_(2)O))=(1000g)/(18 g//mol)`
`=55.6 mol`
Thus, `chi_(solute)=n_(solute)/(n_(solute)+n_(solvent))`
