What is Quadratic Equation?

We will study the Quadratic Equation and the quadratic equation formula. We will also look at how to solve quadratic equation with the help of examples. When a quadratic polynomial is equated to a constant, we get a quadratic equation.  Any equation which is in the form of p(x) = c, where we can find that p(x) is a polynomial of degree 2 and c is a constant, then it is a quadratic equation. There are always two roots in a quadratic equation. Coming to the nature of roots, it can either be real or imaginary.

In general form, quadratic equation, ax2 + bx + c = 0

For example, 5x2 + 3x + 2 = 0, -x2 + 6x + 3 = 0,etc.
