Move from `A` and `B` to different joints via minimum path and count how capacitors are there in between.
`{:(,J,K,X,Y,Z,U,V),(A,1,1,2,2,2,3,3),(B,3,3,2,2,2,1,1):}`
`(J,K),(x,Y,Z),(U,V)` are at same potential. Make new diagram by placing at one place.

(b)
`{:(,X,Y,U,V),(A,1,1,2,2),(B,2,2,1,1):}`
`(X,Y),(U,V)` are at same potential, remove capacitors between `X` and `Y,U` and `V`.


`{:(,X,Y,Z,W,U,V),(A,1,2,2,1,3,2),(B,2,1,1,2,2,3):}`
`(1,2),(1,2)` i.e., `X` and `W` ate at same potential.
`(2,1), (2,1)` i.e., `Y` and `Z` are at same potential.
Now, redraw the diagram by placing `(X,W),(Y,Z)` at one place.
