Assertion. If a point charge q is placed...

Assertion. If a point charge `q` is placed in front of an infinite grounded conducting plane surface, the point charge will experience a force.
Reason. This force is due to the induced charge on the conducting surface which is at zero potential

The correct Answer is:
A

`E` is proportional to distance upto `x=R` so the sphere has uniformly distributed charge over its volume and because of this reason ,the sphere is made of non-conduting material.
The electric field is same just inside and outside of the sphere.therefore dielectric constnats of the materials of sphere and surrounding are same .Potential at the centre is maximum.
