At time when energy stored equally in electric and magnetic field, at this time
Energy of a capacitor `= (1)/(2)` Total energy
`(1)/(2) (q^(2))/(C ) = (1)/(2)((1)/(2)(q_(0)^(2))/( C)) rArr q = (q_(0))/(sqrt(2))`
From equation (i)
`(q_(0))/(sqrt(2)) = q_(0) cos omega t`
`cos omega t = (1)/(sqrt(2)) rArr omega t = cos^(-1) ((1)/(sqrt(2))) = (pi)/(4)`
