The given graph shows variation with time in the source voltage and steady state current drawn by a series `RLC` circuit. Given curve through origin is the current variation.
Which of the following statements `"is"//"are"` correct ?

A

current lag the voltage

B

Resistance in the circuits is `250 sqrt(3) Omega`

C

If capacitive reactance is `74 Omega`, inductance in the circuit is approximately `560 mH`.

D

Average power dissipation in the circuit is `20 sqrt(3) W`.

The correct Answer is:
A,B,D

From graph `i = 400 sin omega t` in mA
`V = 200 sin (omega t + phi)` in volt
At `t = 0 v = 100` volt hence `sin phi = (1)/(2), phi = (pi)/(6)`
`cos phi = (R )/(2)`, then `R = 2 cos phi = 250 sqrt(3) Omega`
`P_(av) = V_(0) I_(0) cos phi = 20 sqrt(3)` watt
