"Lets take left hand side (L.H.S) and solve it,
=> L.H.S = `(sqrt48 + sqrt32 ) / (sqrt27 + sqrt18 )`
`=> L.H.S =(4sqrt3 + 4sqrt2) / (3sqrt3 + 3sqrt2)`
`=> L.H.S = {4(sqrt3 + sqrt2)} / {3(sqrt3 + sqrt2)}`
`=> L.H.S = 4/3.`
Hence, correct answer is `4/3` "
