The supplement of an angle is one-third of itself. Determine the angle and its supplement.

We know that two angles are supplementary when they add upto `180^@`.
Let the angle be x.
Then the other angle will be `180 - x`.
=> Given that an angle is 1/3rd of its supplement.=>`x= (1/3)*(180 - x)`
`=>3x = 180^@ - x`
`=> 4x = 180^@`
`=> x = 45^@`.
