If an angle differs from its complement by `10^0` , find the angle.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

let angles is `x^@`. then its complement is `90 - x^@`.
Now given `x^@ - (90 - x^@ ) = 10 `
⇒` x^@ - 90^@ + x^@ = 10`
⇒ `2x^@ = 10 + 90 = 100`
⇒ `x^@ = 100^@/2 = 50^@`
